What's open during the Festive season in Bergen?

Christmas is a great time to visit Bergen but, like most small cities, there are some limitations to opening times.
Most places are open until around 15-16.00 on 24th then everywhere is closed until 27th.
Supermarkets are all closed during this time so make sure you buy in what you need to get you through the main Christmas days. Also, be warned, when they re-open on the 27th its usually chaos and the shops haven't fully re-stocked so there will be limited availability on the shelves.
The Vinmonoploet, the wine and Liquor stores, are closed on 24th, 25th, 26th of Dec and limited on 31st Dec. So be sure to get your wine and spirits in as the last day will be 23rd Dec.
Remember too, the closer you leave it to the last day, the busier it will be and the less chance of items beng fully stocked.

The problem you have at Christmas is when are places open. It varies massively between bars pubs and restaurants so best to check each places website.
Bars close early evening of then 24th and usually open again on the 26th, and restaurants usually 27th, but check each places website for opening hours.
A few bars, such as the Brian Boru, do open limited hours on the 25th.
With regards to all the attractions, Fløyen is open all year round, so if it's clear it's definitely worth a visit up there. If you go early evening you will have a great view of all the Christmas lights across the city.
Most of the other places are closed. Also the Christmas Market wont reopen after 23rd.
Transport to and from the Airport is limited but t will be running. The last one from the city to the Airport on 24th is usually 16.30, you can check buses and the Bergen light rail hours here

It may be a quieter time in Bergen but Its a really nice time to walk around and take in the sites, as the city is usually less busy and more relaxed.
